Eye Makeup for Different Eye Shapes
There are different eye shapes and the key to a great eye makeup is knowing how to emphasize your own eyes depending on its shape. Makeup can be magical as there are a lot of makeup tricks that you can use, like for opening and making the eyes look brighter and bigger.
If you have wide-set eyes, you can make your eyes look narrower by extending your eyeshadow towards the inner corners of your eye, using a blending brush and a darker shade of eyeshadow.
If you have a close-set eyes, you can make your eyes appear wider by focusing on the outer eye area. Work your eyeshadow from the center of your eyes blending it outward towards the outer eye area. Avoid using dark liner especially on the inner corners of you eyes.
If you have droopy eyes, apply a dark eyeshadow or a liner on the inner half of your lower rims and blend it towards the outer edge. Apply eyeshadow on the outer corner of your eyes and blend it upwards toward the brow bone to have that illusion of lifting the eyes.
If you have small eyes, you can make it appear bigger and brighter by applying highlighter on the inner corners of your eyes using a light shimmery eyeshadow and apply a white eye pencil on your lower inner lash line to make the white of your eyes whiter, which will give the illusion of bigger eyes.
