Product Review: MAC Studio Finish Concealer
Concealers would have to be the greatest makeup invention there is. Can you imagine your daily makeup routine without concealers? Especially after a night out or a very stressful and sleep deprived night? How would you hide all of these that shows up on your face through dark and puffy under-eye circles or blemishes and dark spots? We are really lucky that concealers were born.
Concealers come out in different types and packages. There are concealer sticks and liquids that comes in tubes, and there are cream based that comes in palettes or little compact container. My personal favorite would have to be the cream based types like the MAC Studio Finish Concealer.
I just love the packaging of this product which comes in a compact container that can easily fit into your small makeup pouch. It may be small but believe me, a little amount of this product goes a long way. This concealer has an amazing texture that goes on smoothly and with just a small amount it can last all throughout the day, so there isn’t really a need to bring this with you because retouching won’t be necessary. It blends easily and works well with most of my foundation.
Apply on the problem areas and set with loose powder to avoid creasing and for a more long lasting effect. When it comes to choosing the right shade, it is advised that you choose a concealer which is not more than 2 shades lighter than your skin color. It won’t be difficult, because MAC has a wide and wonderful array of color choices to suite all kinds of skin tones and colors.
