Product Review: MAC Cremeblend Blush in Posey
I wasn’t that much of a fan of cream blushes but when I received one as a free makeup sample not too long ago with a really nice shade, I just started to get hooked. So I bought myself a couple, and one of my favorite cream blush lately would have to be MAC Cremeblend Blush in Posey. I just can’t stop using this product, I use it every day and I love it.
MAC Cremeblend Blush in Posey is described at the MAC website as Warm Peach, but I think it’s more of a coral shade with hints of pink and peach. It’s just a really beautiful shade that suites my olive skin tone perfectly. I believe this shade would also look lovely on all kinds of skin tone depending on how you build it. What I love about it is that it gives a nice and fresh glow to my entire look without looking shiny or oily, just the right amount of dewy effect. It has a very creamy and smooth consistency and texture, and very easy to blend which makes it buildable as well for you to create your desired hue. You can use a sponge or even just your fingers when you’re on the go, but for me, I use it with a flat stippling brush and it gives a somewhat airbrushed finish. It’s really long lasting as well, so I haven’t encountered the need to retouch so far.
It’s definitely me blush shade for this season, and even when Summer is over, I believe that I would still continue to use this every now and then. It’s definitely worth the buy, and I think I would still purchase it in the future when I finish this blush product.
